AbbVie presents Phase 3 AFFIRM data showing endoscopic remission with SKYRIZI in Crohn's disease
The study reported that 35.8% of patients achieved endoscopic remission and 36.6% achieved ulcer-free endoscopy after subcutaneous SKYRIZI versus 10.2% and 10.2% with placebo. Safety findings through week 24 were consistent with the known safety profile of risankizumab, with no new safety signals.
