BioArctic AB announced that Novartis Pharma AG has decided to terminate the Option, Collaboration and License Agreement entered into in August 2025. The company will retain the full USD 30 million upfront payment and recognize the remaining unrecognized portion as revenue in 2026.

BioArctic AB reported preliminary global revenue for Leqembi of JPY 32.2 billion in the third quarter 2026, generating a royalty of SEK 203.8 million, up about 74 percent from the same period in 2025. The company disclosed the figures under the EU Market Abuse Regulation on October 28 2026.
