Fresenius gets exclusive access to up to 37 WuXi Biologics biosimilar candidates
Fresenius said it has exclusive access to up to 37 identified biosimilar candidates from WuXi Biologics over the next decade, and will pay a fee for service for each candidate it selects. Fresenius holds the commercialization rights, and WuXi Biologics' network is expected to run development.

Fresenius and WuXi Biologics enter exclusive development agreement to expand biosimilars pipeline
Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA announced an exclusive development agreement with WuXi Biologics that gives Fresenius access to up to 37 identified biosimilar candidates over the next decade, potentially expanding its portfolio from 29 to up to 66 molecules. The agreement, the largest in the biosimilars industry to date, preserves Fresenius' full commercialization economics and strategic flexibility.
