    Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated posted results of a completed Phase 3, open-label study evaluating the pharmacokinetics, safety, tolerability, pharmacodynamics, and efficacy of ELX/TEZ/IVA in cystic fibrosis participants 12 to less than 24 months of age. The study enrolled 67 participants and began on June 27, 2023, with primary completion on September 4, 2025.
