Johnson & Johnson releases new Phase 2 nipocalimab data in Sjögren's disease
Johnson & Johnson said the Phase 2 DAHLIAS study found that mouth dryness was the most important symptom to improve, with 96% of patients citing it. The study also reported that at least 50% improvement in objective salivary flow was observed in more than twice as many patients receiving 15 mg/kg nipocalimab compared with placebo (33% versus 16%) at Week 24.
