    Amgen and AstraZeneca report Phase 3 CROSSING trial results for TEZSPIRE in eosinophilic esophagitis

    The Phase 3 CROSSING trial showed TEZSPIRE achieved histologic remission in 64.8% (210 mg) and 68.9% (420 mg) of patients at week 24 versus 3.5% on placebo (p<0.001). The Dysphagia Symptom Questionnaire score decreased by 18.8 points (210 mg) and 22.0 points (420 mg) versus 14.7 points on placebo, with reductions sustained through week 52.
