Genmab posts results of Phase 3 epcoritamab trial in relapsed/refractory DLBCL
Results for the EPCORE DLBCL-1 study were first posted on ClinicalTrials.gov on November 3, 2026. The randomized, open-label Phase 3 trial enrolled 483 participants and compared subcutaneous epcoritamab with investigator's choice chemotherapy (R-GemOx or BR) in relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
