    Thryv raises $30 million Series B led by InClin to fund Phase 2a ASPIRE-HF heart failure study

    Thryv Therapeutics said a $30 million Series B led by the contract research organization InClin will fund the Phase 2a ASPIRE-HF study of THRV-1268. The company said InClin has set up clinical operations in Australia, where enrollment opens in early 2027.
