    Fresenius and WuXi Biologics enter exclusive development agreement to expand biosimilars pipeline

    Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA announced an exclusive development agreement with WuXi Biologics that gives Fresenius access to up to 37 identified biosimilar candidates over the next decade, potentially expanding its portfolio from 29 to up to 66 molecules. The agreement, the largest in the biosimilars industry to date, preserves Fresenius' full commercialization economics and strategic flexibility.
