Ascendis registers Phase 3 trial of navepegritide in hypochondroplasia
The study, led by Ascendis Pharma A/S, plans to enroll 81 children and adolescents with hypochondroplasia and has a planned start date of November 2026. It is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial that plans to reach primary completion in October 2028.
