    Johnson & Johnson reports 73% PSA response rate in Phase 1 study

    Johnson & Johnson said that 73 percent (11 of 15 patients) achieved reductions of at least 50 percent in PSA, and 47 percent (7 of 15 patients) achieved reductions of at least 90 percent. The company noted no Grade 3 or higher treatment-related adverse events in this early analysis.
