Kite registers Phase 3 trial of anitocabtagene autoleucel in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma
The study, iMMagine-4, plans to enroll 600 participants and has a planned start date of January 2027. It plans to compare the safety and efficacy of anitocabtagene autoleucel versus standard of care therapy in participants with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma who are not eligible for autologous stem cell transplant.
