The study, led by Novartis Pharmaceuticals, enrolled 1720 participants and completed enrollment on March 7, 2024, with primary completion on June 27, 2025. Results were first posted on ClinicalTrials.gov on November 4, 2026, confirming the efficacy, safety and tolerability of KLU156 compared with Coartem in adults and children.
