Results for the Phase 3 trial of lebrikizumab with or without topical corticosteroid treatment in participants with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis were first posted on ClinicalTrials.gov on October 16, 2026. The completed study enrolled 301 participants and began on April 24, 2024.

Almirall registers Phase 3b trial of lebrikizumab in face and neck atopic dermatitis
The study plans to enroll 230 participants and is expected to start in November 2026. It aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of lebrikizumab for up to 32 weeks in adults and adolescents with moderate-to-severe face and neck atopic dermatitis who also have moderate-to-severe AD elsewhere and need systemic therapy.
