    Innovent registers Phase III trial of sintilimab with LCCRT in locally advanced rectal cancer

    The study, led by Innovent Biologics (Suzhou) Co. Ltd., plans to enroll 500 participants with locally advanced rectal cancer and is planned to start on November 25, 2026. It evaluates sintilimab combined with long-course concurrent chemoradiotherapy followed by Capeox consolidation chemotherapy versus the same regimen without sintilimab.
