Thryv Therapeutics announces $30 million financing to launch ASPIRE-HF study
The company secured $30 million Series B financing led by InClin, Inc. to fund the Phase 2a ASPIRE-HF study in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction and QTc prolongation, which opens for enrollment in early 2027. Wave II, a Phase 2/3 study of THRV-1268 in Long QT Syndrome, has completed enrollment of its first efficacy cohort, with data expected in early 2027.
