    14.8 vs 7.8 months median overall survival, brentuximab vedotin combination vs placebo, in DLBCL

    In ECHELON-3, median overall survival was 14.8 months with brentuximab vedotin plus lenalidomide and rituximab and 7.8 months with placebo plus the same two drugs. The study record now holds the primary outcome for 230 participants with relapsed or refractory DLBCL.
