    Pharmazz, Inc. registers Phase 3 study of sovateltide for acute traumatic brain injury

    The study, titled RESTORE-TBI, plans to enroll 214 participants and is scheduled to begin in December 2026. It is a prospective, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase III trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of sovateltide (IRL-1620) in patients with traumatic brain injury.
