    Johnson & Johnson reports 75% tumor response rate in advanced prostate cancer with JNJ-6143

    Johnson & Johnson said that in a Phase 1 study of JNJ-6143, 75 percent (12 of 16) of patients with measurable disease achieved a confirmed complete or partial response. The company also noted that 77 percent of patients at the 50-mg dose had a confirmed PSA reduction of at least 50 percent, with 48 percent achieving reductions of at least 90 percent.
