    Vertex registers Phase 3b study of Povetacicept vs Sibeprenlimab in Immunoglobulin A Nephropathy

    Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated has registered a Phase 3b, open-label, single-arm study to evaluate participant experience with Povetacicept injection via autoinjector compared to Sibeprenlimab injection via prefilled syringe in adults with Immunoglobulin A Nephropathy. The study plans to enroll 40 participants, with a start date of October 23, 2026 and primary completion date of December 12, 2027.
