    The authors reported that povorcitinib 30 mg daily achieved ≥75% improvement in facial Vitiligo Area Scoring Index at week 52 in both STOP-V1 and STOP-V2, with 18.9% versus 6.8% and 18.9% versus 3.1% respectively. Treatment-emergent adverse events were similar to placebo, with 68.7%/66.7% versus 63.7%/62.7% and no class-specific serious events.
