    Nivolumab plus relatlimab plus chemo vs nivolumab plus chemo in NSCLC

    The authors reported that the primary endpoint of objective response rate was not met (51.3% versus 45.0%). In the PD-L1 ≥1% nonsquamous subgroup, a trend toward improved clinical benefit was seen (ORR 58.0% versus 39.6%; PFS HR 0.68).
