    ScandiBio registers Phase 3 trial of CMA2 in gout

    The study plans to enroll 336 participants and is expected to start in October 2026, with primary completion projected for February 2027. This will be a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of Combined Metabolic Activator (CMA2) including N-acetyl-L-cysteine, L-carnitine-L-tartrate, nicotinamide, and L-serine versus placebo.
