    United Therapeutics registers SUMMIT OLE study

    The study, titled An Open-label Extension Study of Treprostinil Administered Via a Soft Mist Inhaler (SMI) in Participants With Pulmonary Hypertension Associated With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (PH-COPD), plans to enroll 400 participants and is expected to start in March 2027. It is a Phase 2 and Phase 3 open-label extension aimed at evaluating long-term safety and efficacy.
