    Johnson & Johnson reports one-year FUZION results for TREMFYA in Crohn's disease

    The company said TREMFYA maintained combined fistula remission through 48 weeks in adults with Crohn's disease and perianal fistula, with 35% remission at Week 48 in the 100 mg q8w group. More than 90% of all randomized patients completed treatment through Week 48, and safety findings were consistent with the established safety profile.
