RINGSIDE Phase II Study of Varegacestat for Desmoid Tumors
The authors reported that 42 participants were randomized to three dose regimens of varegacestat, with median tumor volume reductions at week 16 of -51.91%, -15.25% and -9.50% for the 1.2-mg once-daily, 2-mg intermittent and 4-mg intermittent doses, respectively. In the open-label extension, 29 participants received 1.2-mg once-daily and achieved a median best tumor volume change of -85.88% and a confirmed objective response rate of 57.1%.
